POLYshim® II Tape: High-Performance Glazing Tape

Product Description

POLYshim® II Tape is a 100% solids, highly adhesive, and elastic crosslinked butyl preformed tape with a continuous integral EPDM shim.

Basic Uses

POLYshim II Tape is ideal for compression glazing systems in curtain walls, unitized curtain walls, punched and ribbon window systems, and sloped glazing applications.

Supplied in rolls with the following thicknesses and face clearances:

• 0.150" (3.81 mm), 1/8" Diameter (3.18 mm)
• 0.215" (5.46 mm), 3/16" Diameter (4.78 mm)
• 0.280" (7.1 mm), 1/4" Diameter (6.35 mm)
• 0.090" (2.29 mm), 1/16" Diameter (1.59 mm)
• 0.125" (3.18 mm), 1/16" Diameter (1.59 mm)

Tolerances
